Presentamos un caso de pseudo-aneurisma de la arteria femoral profunda secundario al desplazamiento del trocánter menor. Se diagnosticó 6 semanas después de una fractura pertrocantérea que se trató mediante fijación con clavo endomedular, en una paciente anticoagulada por fibrilación auricular.
