Luxación de hombro: Presentación de un caso (de 1891)

Este artículo describe el caso de un agricultor de finales del siglo XIX que sufrió una luxación del hombro derecho al caer de un caballo en cercanías de la recién fundada ciudad de Pereira. El médico tratante, Jaime Mejía, quien conoció al paciente dos meses después de la lesión, dejó consignada la técnica empleada para reducir la luxación, empleando anestesia con cloroformo.
