Disfagia grave asociada a luxación esternoclavicular posterior aguda: reporte de caso

La luxación esternoclavicular posterior es una lesión poco frecuente pero que puede estar relacionada en un alto porcentaje a complicaciones severas. Generalmente los hallazgos clínicos asociados a una historia de trauma reciente permiten hacer el diagnóstico de forma clara y precisa, aunque se recomienda siempre corroborar con imágenes. El tratamiento quirúrgico dependerá en gran medida de la existencia de lesiones mediastinales o compresión de estructuras nobles y para tal fin se han descrito maniobras para reducción cerrada o abierta según las indicaciones.
