Luxación subtalar medial sin fractura. Reporte de caso

Resumen

Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 33 años que presenta una luxación medial traumática de la articulación subtalar, tratada con reducción cerrada en el servicio de urgencias e inmovilización con férula posterior suropédica durante 4 semanas, con evolución clínica y radiológica satisfactoria luego de 3 meses de evolución.
