Salvamento de extremidad en tumor de células gigantes de radio distal con aloinjerto osteocondral, reporte de 2 casos

Caso: Se presentan dos pacientes con tumor de células gigantes (TCG) Campanacci III del radio distal manejados con técnica de resección en bloque con reconstrucción usando aloinjerto osteocondral de radio distal. Se reportan los resultados en el seguimiento de ambos casos, refiriendo complicación por subluxación radio carpiana en el primero y ninguna en el segundo. Ambos casos refieren adecuada funcionalidad.
Conclusión: El TCG Campanacci III en el radio distal representa un reto en el manejo quirúrgico para salvamento de extremidad, dado su gran compromiso local y alto riesgo de recidiva. El uso de resección en bloque con reconstrucción por medio de aloinjerto es una técnica que a pesar de sus desenlaces funcionales variables, logra resultados satisfactorios por su baja tasa de recidiva y preservación de extremidad.
