Orthopedic language
Abstract
Orthopedic language has been enriched with a large terminology, especially from English, and some of these terms have been already recognized as Anglicism. We present in a succinct manner some grammatical errors, failures of orthography, direct employment of some English words and words invented by the Colombian orthopedists, repeated too often among our exhibitors in the courses and conferences on the SCCOT meetings and constituting a retelling of prior articles on the subject.
