Abstract

Intra osseous fibroxantoma is a rare benign tumor that can be found in any human bone. Differential diagnosis is based on imaging, histology and roentgenographic finding. A case is presented of a young patient with this lesion in hamatal bone of the left hand and a revision of the literature is made.
