Abstract

Kirner’s deformity is a congenital disorder that affects the fifth finger, although it’s rare, it have well described characteristics published in various reports. In the case we report, in a young tennis player, the deformity is associated with a swan neck deformity, an association that we didn’t find reported in the literature. Whereas the two conditions may have a cause effect relationship, we decided to do a theoretical biomechanical study that confirms our hypothesis.
