Duplication of the fibula, congenital short femur, atypical hip dislocation, and central polydactyly of the ipsilateral foot: case report

Patients with congenital lower limb deficiencies frequently have compromise of all the segments of the affected extremity. We describe an unusual combination in a two year old boy with duplication of the fibula, congenital short femur, atypical dislocation of the hip, and central polidactily of the foot.
