Hibernoma is a benign tumor of brown adipose tissue, which can appear in middleaged adults. In clinical and imaging studies it simulates an aggressive neoplasm of adipose tissue, so its diagnosis can be difficult. We present the case of a tumor on the thigh, which resulted in a neoplasm of this type.
